It should not be placed in the refrigerator. It should be stored in a cool, non-light, moisture-free and dry place.
Recommended storage temperature is 10-15°C. Fat, yellowing or a sticky appearance may occur on halvah stored above 20 °C.
After the package or box of halva is opened, it should be placed in an airtight lidded container and consumed within a month.
